The KBN-26 is a high-speed perfect binding production line for test papers and books. This machine consists of three main parts: collating, dual-channel conveying, and binding, where the binding section is equipped with two spine gluing pots and two pressing mechanisms, suitable for high-speed binding. The flipping and fetching of test papers are based on patented technology, ensuring smooth and synchronous feeding of the papers into the clamp for binding at high speeds.

This machine boasts a high level of automation and intelligence. With the CIY system, it can switch between book and test papers at the touch of a button, producing books (test papers) in as fast as 30 seconds, and can switch freely between binding books and test papers. The equipment features remote diagnosis and identification capabilities via the internet, and its performance is made more stable and reliable with servo system control and an automatic lubrication system. The machine is versatile in application.It can complete collating and binding for 8K test papers in 787, 850, 880, and 890 sizes. The binding range includes full wrap, half wrap, and spine gluing (left),as well as binding for 6K test papers，all achieving professional binding effects for books. Books can be processed in 32K, 16K, double 32K, and horizontal 16K sizes for collating and binding.
