　　KBN-13 is a multifunctional binding line that can work with all test papers and books as well as periodicals.The machine is composed of two parts:collating and binding.The collating machine can be used separately and can be equipped with six-open posts.This machine is highly automatic,which could ensure the stabilization of whole working line,improve working efficiency,and reduce waste.After our upgrading,the manipulating system is able to reduce working steps,ease and fast the adjusting steps,which could decrease the labors’working intensity.The unique structural design has obtained national invention patents and utility model patents,which can reduce the occupation of machine space while satisfying all functions.

　　The machine is widely applied.The octavo test paper can complete the collation and binding of 787,850,880,890 specifications.The range of binding includes full-pack,half-pack and plastic head(glue left),which can achieve book binding effect.Books and periodicals can be completed in 32K,16K,32K duplex,horizontal 16K page collation and binding.The machine is stable and simple in operation,short in replacement time,high in production efficiency and wide in application range,which makes it the best choice for users.
